By Accepting the rental you agree to the following terms :

Customer agrees to pay via credit card after receiving delivery of the container.

Container which includes a rental period of up to 14 days.

Any additional days can be billed at $25/day.

The containers include up to 2 tons, however due to strict weight limitations and associated dump fees any additional materials will be billed at $75 per ton above 2 tons. The customer agrees that any additional fees due to overweight or extended rental length fees will be paid within 48 hours or additional fees will be applied,. We will furnish the customer with pictures of the load along with time stamped receipt of the dump weight by the ton. Our goal is to ensure the utmost integrity for our customer.

The dumpster cannot be removed before payment is made. Even if you are finished and request pickup the time still continues until paid and additional days will be billed after the original time at $25 per day.

If the dumpster is overloaded from the top fill line and items cannot be removed a $50 charge will be added to the invoice.

Dumpster use ( what you can and can't place in the dumpster )

While refuse dumpsters are in your possession, you will NOT place or allow to be placed into the dumpster: ******Substances hazardous to health such toxic or corrosive materials or liquids. Liquids of any kind whether contained or not. Cans, drums or other container of any kind unless emptied and crushed and incapable of carrying any liquid. Medical waste or animal carcasses of any kind. Any material not listed above however considered unsuitable for containment e.g. malodorous waste: asbestos, paint, tries, gas bottle, fluorescent tubes, light bulbs, vehicle batteries, household appliances such as but not limited to refrigerators, conventional ovens, microwave ovens, washer, dryer.**Extremely heavy material such as rock, dirt, bulk tile ( roof and flooring) or concrete is prohibited from being placed into the bin without prior notice to Coastline Cans.

Being overloaded will result in some of the material being remove from the bin at your expense. Please give us a call with any questions you may have. All refuse shall remain within the confines of the dumpster and shall not exceed the top or sides. Every attempt shall be taken to equally disperse the weight of the refuse within the dumpster.Customer shall be liable for any loss or damage to rented equipment in excess of reasonable wear and tear. In case of Fire, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the repairs. If any of the above guidelines are not met, additional fees will be incurred to the customer.Access and Grounds Conditions The Customer will be responsible for the provision of free and suitable access to and from the delivery site (including the removal and reinstatement of local obstructions) and for ensuring suitable ground conditions for delivery, placement and removal of the dumpster. NO ZERO NADA responsibility will be accepted for the damage to any surface and you should therefore take steps to protect surfaces (e.g. paving slabs, soft ground, concrete) before delivery. The dumpsters and equipment are very heavy. We are not responsible for cracks, or any other damage to these surfaces.

Should the container cause damage to concrete or asphalt during loading or unloading. Coastline Cans is only responsible if this is due to our negligence. We have specifically identified that heavy container may cause damage and that the placement of these heavy containers is done at your own risk.
